I was going to choose EVOLUTIONS Theme "Line In The Sand" as this stable's Theme, but ever since hearing Jingo Jungle, this sounds like a way better song and more perfect.

With Ribrianne from Universe 2 and Kefla from Universe 6 under My Dimensions Evil Android 21's control, My Evil Android 21 creates a new stable in her Red Ribbon Army, The Multiversal Council. These 2 were chosen by My Evil 21 and the evil soul of me linked with evil 21, to assist My evil 21 in her continued multiversal domination and them to continue assisting my evil 21 in capturing more specimens for evil 21 to brainwash torture control and eat for her evil sadistic pleasure. How else did it come to Ribrianne and Kefla forced to serve evil 21?

Well for Ribrianne, My Evil Android 21 saw and knew all about all the HATE dragonball fans give Ribrianne, and all she was trying to do was spread love all throughout the multiverse, and though she felt sad that those people hate her for whatever reason, she ultimately ignored it and kept moving forward continuing her mission for love and even learning the lesson from losing to Android 18 in The Tournament of Power. Unfortunately for Ribrianne, when My Evil Android 21 attacked and kidnapped her, My Evil 21 used her dark magic and sorcery to corrupt Ribrianne's mind and make her evil and an extremists for love, like in DragonBall Heroes and more worse, making her a deadly brainwashed main soldier for My Dimensions Evil Android 21. As for Caulifla, Kale, and their fusion form Kefla, similar story. Evil Android 21 used her master manipulator skills to remind them of how much people hated them, and she used that hatred to corrupt and brainwash them, making them more deadly destructive monsters compared to their original selves. Also My Evil Android 21 and evil me creates a dark magic spell that makes all 3 of them more powerful each time someone hates them, they're literally feeding off of any hatred of them. Also My Evil Android 21 branded Ribrianne and Kefla with The Red Ribbon Army Logo as her way of owning them as her property as they're her brainwashed slaves.

Brainwashed Ribrianne can be compared to Vega from Street Fighter, obsessing about her beauty and mostly Evil 21's Beauty and even killing those who are ugly and disrespectful to Evil 21 and those who hate her. Brainwashed Kefla can be compared to Balrog but way better of course. She won't hesitate to brag about her strength and power and she'll beat the shit out of anyone evil 21 tells her to, making her more obsessed with fighting which results to her killing and blasting and beating someone to death. Also to me, with this setup they also seem like an evil powerpuff girls. With Evil Android 21 as the super intelligent power leader, ribrianne as the "nicest" one of the trio, and Kefla as the tomboyish brawler. Damn it, now with this setup, I really want Ribrianne in DragonBall FighterZ as one of the season 3 characters! Also I use this team in Xenoverse 2 and they're really good, the same for using Kefla as my secondary character in fighterz while Android 21 remains my #1 main in both games.
