you can change the format to 24h easily by editing the code ,
just follow the steps:
1. right click on the clock skin and select Edit Skin.
2. the code will be opened, just go and find the lineΒ FormatΒ , and ReplaceΒ %IΒ withΒ %H. Replace allΒ %IΒ in the file and you will get 24Β Format. Remember :
%H: Hour in 24-hourΒ formatΒ (00 - 23).
%I: Hour in 12-hourΒ formatΒ (01 - 12).
