Happy March! Spring is gettin' sprung, so I wanted to switch things up a bit this time and draw the CUTEST THINGS EVER! I guess I needed to balance things out after Creepazoids: BLACK .

It's fun doing these "toy line treatment"-type sets! I usually do the kind of toys that I would have wanted as a kid, like monsters, robots, ninjas, etc., but it got me thinking about other types of toy lines that I haven't explored yet, like the late '70s/early '80s magical forest cottagecore boom: Strawberry Shortcake, Herself the Elf, The Smurfs, David the Gnome, all that cute, nature-based stuff! If I ever have kids, this would be the kinda thing I'd buy for them.

And a shout-out to for suggesting a "magical girls" Creepazoid set--I'm not super familiar with that genre, but I think it has more to do with Sailor Moon-type anime and The Numkins don't really relate to it, but the suggestion might have been floating around in my head when I drew these. ^.^
