Well, I suppose! I like to think of the balloon as a metaphor for that lightness of thought--happy and unaffected by the world's hate. The angry Bonehed wants it, but feels like he can't have it, so he tries to take it away from the other one (as people often do). The other ones knows better, won't get angry, and realizes that all he wants is for someone to love him. Balloon achieved!
