How cute!
the lighting on this is really interesting, and I like the consistency in that strip of light, perhaps from a door or another opening I'm assuming, especially how you made sure to account for shape in said light's projection!
This oc is really cute, and the detail in the clothes has a nice Victorian flare.
Hair.... Ah the hair is just so bouncy and shiny and I love it! One thing I'd suggest is putting in mind the lighting of the room when doing hair shines, and they'd most likely be in a different pattern, and less bright, considering the glow from the red spooky bits and the opening. I also love how you conveyed the ominous feeling from the background character, cutting them off at the neck made for a purposefully detached feeling.
Overall, really well done, quite a spooky cute! :3
