Ok so I just beat Yokai watch 3 and well notice something. How bizarrely the Ghoulfather's minions are to the zombies from zombie night and super market

after so digging and research I believe that the Ghoulfather created every single zombie from Zomboy to Super manger. So let me explain why.

First let look at a yokai watch zombie and Ghoulfather's minions the ghoulie

First thing these two yokais have in command is that they have a wisp hair thing on their heads, For zombies it's on top of their heads, as for ghoulie on the back of their heads like a ponytail. the only differences are the location on the head and the colors, Purple and red

Next is their skin though different tones of green but very surprising they both have green skin

Now let's talk about what zombies are in yokai watch 3

First from what we learn from doctor Gately and Franesca is that when they study archaeology Franesca learn about zombies through ancient text. So these creatures where around for centuries

Next Zomboy, a erie A rank yokai, is half Zombie half human. it's shown that in his human form he wearing Egyptian clothing, so he was turn into a zombie in ancient Egypt

Next yokai fight zombies, they been clawed and bitten by zombies but they never turn into zombies, we have seen zombie yokais in zombie bight. So zombies aren't created by a virus

So Yokai watch zombies are more a blend of movie and mythology zombies. in voodoo and African, Zombies are people who souls have been taken from them and are transform into undead slaves. Looking at the ghoulie they match this, when ghoulfather use his laser beam from his hand or ufo it transform yokais into ghoulie, robbing them of their free will. Plus Ghoulfather also he is shown to turn humans into Ghoulies.

So their both zombies ( who probably where once was humans and yokais) and we have ghoulies who where once humans and yokais

Now let's look at the man behind all of this the ghoulfather.

First his name the ghoulfather. Ghoul, A ghoul is a evil spirit who robs graves to eat flesh. ( Since zomboy is a yokai, this must mean all zombies are yokai. Zombies do crave flesh in the game and are spirits). Father: First his name is from the movie Godfather, but also think about it the ghoulfather is the creator of the ghoulie and zombies so he the father of all the ghouls)

next his ability to turn yokai and people into ghoulies: in the game he can fire a beam that transform people into ghoulies, plus he use to ufo stone to make himself more powerful, so that beam the ufo was firing was most likely him turning the yokais into ghoulies

Now the Ghoulfather said he was banish from the yokai world and into deepspace for 555 years, I did some math and found he was banish in 1446 so he been around for a extremely long time

Now the UFO stone, in the game this alien crystal made him extremely powerful, now you could say the stone gave him the power to turn people into ghoulies, but seeing how fast the ufo is how it can warp, I believe when it crash in the opening of the game, that when the ghoulfather escape, so he just escape in the begin of the game, so I believe he had this ability for his whole yokai life. plus he said it increased his strength, so it made this attack more powerful. Only when he became Don spiracy, he gain all new attacks

So this is what I believe, long ago in ancient times, the ghoulfather had the power to transform yokais and humans into zombies ( I believe in the past they where called ghoulies but due to how we today view zombies we called them zombies) undead spirits force to obey the ghoulfather as part of his ghoulfamily if they wanted to or not. But when Enma banish the ghoulfather, Enma probably banish all the zombie humans and yokais to a realm similar to terror time, zombie night. without their master the zombies just became flesh eating husks. But upon the Ghoulfather return and powered up by the UFO stone his ghoul beam became so powerful he created a new type of ghoulie, not mindless but smarter and able to use weapons.

now you be wondering why doesn't the ghoulfather have a the zombies with him, simple why use the weaker version when you can use the stronger form. plus I bet his beam can only work once of ghoul turn creatures
