when i saw the thumbnail i thought it was felt, but now i see its made by computer. its really impressie and worms are great

so I'm repeating everyone else here, but that worm really is adorable. It would make a great plushie, I think X)
You've got some nice patterning on the top and bottom of the apple to show the natural variation in color. But I think you could push that a bit farther, since rarely is an apple red full across the horizontal center. Also I think some sort of background would be nice since it's not very interesting and the brightness of it kinda washes out what's really going on here.

Most apples are waxed or naturally shiny. I ring of highlights around the upper middle of the apple would bring it to life.
