I can feel it creeping up on mebut when I turn around
It disappears
I can spot it's shadow on my wall
Like an animal in the wild
It stalks it's prey
and waits to capture it
and eat it
To swallow me with it's big jaw
I feel it's fingers dancing on my skin
Following my bones down my spine
It can have me
I will let it
I'm so afraid
It knows I walk one step closer to it each day
I'm reaching out but I don't know it
It's grabbing my stomach
It knows it could have it all
It pulls onto my guts
Letting me know I need to let myself flush down into this world
The breeze behind my window curtains
The spider crawling up my bedroom walls

It follows me like a lost dog
Dropping it's piles of shit behind
