Next Mudwing Oc, Hammerhead! He has a rare skin condition that makes his scales blue, but this condition also causes him to be mute and deaf. He'd very skittish, not wanting to bump into anyone or seem to ignore anyone, but sometimes he just can't help it. He belongs to the Amethyst Winglet, and withing the winglet his Dragonet piers help him learn like any other Dragonet. I am aware this looks like a recolored Oculo, I didn't want to sketch out another Mudwing headshot since I really liked the one I did for Oculo, so the rest of the purebred Mudwings will look like this but recolored
