Description

It has been a while since last time i've made a full map. After working on updating my OpenRA mod, Generals Alpha to latest OpenRA engine for the most of the summer so far, and with limited internet access when i was on vacation, also being reminded of this image , i got idea of this timeline. Initial idea was not for a map, but a fic idea (which i can't write, as i suck at it) where the Cutie Mark Crusaders, as counterparts of 3 Hero units of each faction, after being apart for 25 years, starting to work under Kirin counterpart of General Leang (named Golden Lining) following the death of Dr. Thrax's counterpart called Dr. Zhrax. Sweetie "Jermane" Belle as Jarmen Kell, per the linked image, Apple Bloom as Colonel Burton and Scootaloo as Black Lotus. Unable to do much of writing, i decided to start on a map of C&C: Generals on Equestria at War map. This map shows that timeframe, after USA campaign of Zero Hour, but before the GLA one.

After i was done with the map part, i decided to add some extra around as usual, and this time i went for adding flags for every country on the map, which this being mimicing real world a lot, there are a lot of. I've also made the flags part show them in proper aspect ratios, mostly taken from whichever country they are being counterpart of here. Most of the flags are also mix of a real flag and an EaW flag. Only ones complately unedited are, Equestria, Crystal Empire, Greneclyf, Saddle Arabia and Uzerasi Kingdom. Some like Aquileia, Aris, Azir, Greifwald, Kingdom of Winter and Zaphzia only has minor color changes. Some flags like Coltdar, New Mareland, North Severyana had changes without being based on a real flag. Rest were influenced more so by some real flag. I'll be uploading HD versions of most of these flags in the upcoming days, but it can wait a bit. Making this already took a good chunk of my time.
