Description
My bored ass decided to make a submod for EaW to help me with creating this maps. I had coded such decisions in the past to create the infrastructure map, but i had directly edited the EaW code. This time with a submod to keep around i can go and update the maps easierly when something changes.
I also ended up making more state level maps that show the starting situation tho. This one shows the Civilian Factories the start of the game.
