I'm not really sure if this is considered vector art or not. I have no idea D:! I get urges to trace photographs and recolor them. I like the way it looks, but certainly, I can't draw this well. Tracing is a good way to learn :3Here is the picture I used: [link]

This is totally cute, but not vector art. Vector art is art that uses mathematical formulas for each stroke, rather than pixels. Usually it's done with the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator. This looks like photoshop brush tool, am I right?
