Description
After my last portrait which took 5 hours and I thought was probably my best digital work I've done so far I decided to take 5 hours to experiment and see what did and did not work. I want to get the same quality out of my last one but make the time faster. This ended up looking so much worse and so much less organic but sometimes that's just what it needs to be. Am I proud of this not entirely, did I learn something new? Absolutely.

I'm watching The Bear right now and it's a great show so I might do a portrait based on that. The story telling is great and the comedy is different from what I'm used to and I find it hard to relate to a lot of characters but the visual storytelling of grief and anxiety is cathartic.
