Oh, what's going on in the Five Nights at Freddy's Books Nightmare Frights? These three lovely ladies are based off of the, I think. And I wanted to do a redraw them as well, an idea of them being cat girls. Vocaloid. Kind of. Apartment carers, ladies... Yeah, that's a lot. Sorry. Anyway, their job is to take care of everyone in the building. And sometimes they will take care of the animatronics if they really need their help.

_Special Hidden Abilities of all three have. They can make holograms of themselves, so they can do everything at once, like doing calls, doing facts and other stuff. You've been scaring off enemies.
_What they have in common is they don't really like hurting humans. More on that, they might paralyze A robber who's breaking in the building and called the police. Showing the first rule of robotics of showing no harm to humans.
That's what they have in common, but they all have their separate personalities.
Olive_she's very sweet. She can be blunt at times and acts like a wallflower. Is she wants to be. She is tech support Incarnate. Most likely would taste a burglar who breaks into the apartment.
Gemini She is a sassy mom like entity. But she is very strict of when she's in work mode. Most likely would have an argument with the burglar to get him off guard so the police will come and take them away.
Ruby She is the person that you called to take care of your Apartment.
Because of this ability, she knows like medical care, telling clients that hey. You're on vacay. Go take care of yourself. Situation. What kind of bubbly?

None can an age, but I'm putting this year. The mimic a 29-year-olds who does figure out how to run a business. Or take care of a whole building.

I know this is not Canon, but hey, you can twist the story to do what you want, and I'm pretty sure that.
