Made alterations to 2p Ukraine's design. In comparison to the previous version; www.deviantart.com/muukibun/ar…. The colour scheme is changed from a dark brown to dark blue and white. She now has platnium blonde short hair and the eye colour is a light grey. The outfit is not a trench coat but a military style coat.

Name: Ulyana Chernenko
She is portrayed to be very strict but is rather kind to the people she cares about such as her siblings. However, she wants her siblings to be strong and independant as she is always busy and doesn't have the time except it comes off harsh and negligent due to her stern and authoritarian attitude. Although doesn't mean to be. There are times she tries to be more amiable but struggles immensely.
