this is just a scrap so i'm not gonna talk about this too much lol

For Context we're doing a bit of a crossover rp thing with a lot of my friends over on AM aaaand the world our characters are currently in is an AU of houseki no kuni that one of us wrote and so all our characters are gems now!

Crystal got turned into a Black Opal, and yeah that's also why I drew that one really good opal a couple months ago, it was to figure out how opals actually worked when it came to painting and whatnot

I also took the opportunity to rework crystal's hair because i didn't really like it, and i added a little more personality to her eyes because i didn't feel like i was leaning into the downturned shape enough. i like this, but i won't finish it, so into the scrap folder it goess
