Haha, well I can't say it's good, as that'd be subjective. However, I will say that if you like a show that involves magic, charas traveling across dimensions as easy as cutting a piece of paper, magical princesses literally beating up evil monsters and stuff, then I'd say give it a watch. I know the first few eps might seem like it's full of 'random' stuff, but the plot doesn't seem to kick in good until it gets nearing the 1st season's finale.

Like Gravity Falls. I mean, first episode was... well... gnomes. Really? And then you're like: wow, a dream demon, and the journals, and like, Holy fuck, apocalypse?

ROFL Yeah, I only heard one person say they got a Gravity Falls vibe when Star vs tFoE got near it's season finale. Seems like quite a number of cartoons I've picked up and followed so far kinda start out where you don't know what's going on/what the show is about, then as the first finale comes up, you're quickly slapped with the plot that's deeper than it looks lmao
The way Gravity Falls has progressed is just immensely impressive. imo XD

Ohhhh, yes! Very! It's not a surprise, really, show is well-balanced, has likeable characters and good plot. Even the villain, I mean, Bill Cipher. You just gotta love that guy. And the designs. THE DESIGNSSSS

Bill Cipher, what a guy XD It's clear we don't know a whole bunch about him, but what few appearances he had has left quite a big impact on many people. Lol the designs are pretty easy on the eyes, though. Sometimes Mabel and her outfits and themed sweaters are just so cute~ <3333
