Each new day gets a little harder as the trees grow thicker and taller.Leaves black out the sun until it is forever twilight, or forever night.
For me standing beneath the canopy, I'm suffocated by the looming giants.
I have to wait for the leaves to fall, the trees to die, before I can see the light
And I need the light
To help me grow
