In my version the Dark Rangers are 5 teenagers that the regular Ranger know, this group are more of the outcast wallflowers of A.G. High.
Dark Pink: Katy Wright, Dark Blue: Dustin Haim, Dark Red: Steve Croft, Dark Yellow: Karan Ashley, Dark Black: Fred Kelman. The Dark Rangers are approched by Rita who casted a spell to find the Darkest hearts in A.G. High and each Ranger has a personal vendetta with each other Ranger. Katy's hate for Lea is that she got her kicked off the cheerleading team. Dustin hates Eddie for being also openly gay and dating one of the football players Kegan Freeman and for the fact that makes Eddie popular. Steve's hate for Alex is that he beats him at everything, Alex replaced Steve as quaterback on the football team. Karan's hate for June is jealousy of her beauty. Fred hates Clay cause they use to be good friends as children but Clay became better friends with Lea, Eddie, Alex, and June meeting at there karate class as children before spliting up and going there different ways in to the social ways of High School. Rita gives Steve, Katy, Dustin, Karan, and Fred a Dark Morpher she creates from her spell book, which allows them to steal The Regular Rangers Powers everytime they morph (The other Rangers only had o morph once for them to steal the morphing ability). The Rangers soon learn that the only way to defeat the Dark Rangers is to kill them or have them sacrifice the Darkness for the light, which non of them do. The way to kill them is to strike there Dark Morpher and shatter it.
