The thing I fell in love with when I saw Angel as a kitten for the first time were her eyes. They are very large, they bulge out of her head quite a bit and their coloring is simply beautiful.

I've been wanting to get a close-up of her eyes for a long time. I finally decided to try it this morning since the sunlight coming into the windows was perfect...

I had to wait quite a while for Angel to finally stop moving and for her to get into the right position looking out the window. She moved often so I had to act quickly in order to get some good shots. Focusing with the extension tube can be difficult, but she was still long enough for me to get many great shots from different angles.

Her eyes bulge out so far, that it looks like a mini atmosphere is over them.

The full size is close to a 100% crop - I'd say it's at about 95%. I had to shrink it to fit on a canvas that would be viewable by most computers.
