I really love the style you draw him
A few elements remind a bit of tricky as the stars were always kinda a theme of him
His glasses gives him a touch of a "smooth-insanity" which tells that he appears rather friendly and nice but has sometimes his unconventional moments, but surely they´re imprinted by positivity.
His colorful clothes are awesome as you almost used the warm colours which are definitely Fitting the theme of fire, but the mint green gives him a mysterious touch and relevates the theme of heat so you don´t get the figurative meaning of wrath but rather the figurative meaning suggesting a friendly warmth and benevolent Person.
The clock on his hips and his gloves imply an Image of care, Patience and trustworthiness, even though he appears a bit clumsy because of his glasses and kinda embarassed look, the movement of his arms and the paradigm of the clothes give him a large amount of grace
The only Thing is that his left Hand appears a bit incomplete, as if he had no Palm on this Hand. So it seems that finished something like self-development.
