People keep asking me to make a tutorial on how I edit eyes and such.
So I did..
I don't regret doing it..
However it took me HOURS.
Ughh.
LOL
ANYWAYS.
I will NOT make another tutorial UNLESS I'm asked, kindly. (:
I really, REALLY hope this comes in handy.
It is a GIMP tutorial, however I've noticed that most of the same stuff carries over into Photoshop.

i haven't downloaded the tutorial yet as i'm on a computer w/o sound, but i definitely think you're a master at retouching eyes. the depth of color and the way you kept it natural yet enhancing it, is remarkable!!
