Extreme personal drawing :

You know all how life is : Full of surprises which lifting you up but also with its bunch of bad news. When you face them, either you're depressed and falling down or you're struggling with it trying to understand what has not working before to accept it. My reaction with my family two weeks ago was the second. As an adult, it would be "easier" to understand your parents point of view, and it's true on some points, but not this time because I had to face a situation I had already going trough as an teenager. Kind of one with a domino effect. My mind has too much memories of this phase and I'm afraid all happens again after all these years. Luckily, I live far from my parents so i can concentrate on my own life. I took the decision of being more selfish and will do in the futur what pleased me, no matter their opinion. It's a real rupture for me as I was always very closed of my mother and kind of always need her approval. Maybe I was the one who changes the most of us but I appreciate the person I am. I take my time when it comes to changes but I rarely come back.

So goodbye to my naive " happily ever after " dreams for my family. And Hello to the new me which is coming, I know deeply inside I will not be disappointed.
