I said I would update last weekend. I was going to update last weekend. This isn’t a weekend!!!
It’s a boring MONDAY! Well, the short explanation is that I had to work Wednesday-Friday. And since my body isn’t used to waking up before 9AM, I've been too tired to hold a pencil straight… 
Also, all the time away from the computer made my laptop feel lonely, and thus it has been acting up just to get some attention. Like the stubborn 4-yearold it is… I hope this page was worth the wait.
I’ve been looking forward to some new interior.

Correct me if I'm wrong (I don't watch the new 2012 series but I love 2003 and a couple of the movies, so I am, technically, still a TMNT fan so I can still appreciate and adore this comic) but isn't the door to the dojo made of paper? If a bit of rice paper and a short hallway are really all that separate the dojo from the main living space, and going with the assumption that Don, Raph and Mikey are in the main living space (I think I've heard it called 'the pit'), then that means that Leo's younger brothers might have heard Leo's previous shouting at Splinter, ie: his confession of being blind, causing Raph's 'death', and his inglorious angst. After all, they live underground, and sound tends to carry in tunnels. DID THEY HEAR!?!? But, then again, if they had, they might have crept closer to the dojo to better eavesdrop which means that Leo might have run right past them, not even having noticed because HE CAN"T SEE! And now they're actually behind him because of course they would follow him! And now I'm ranting and freaking out, but this is amazing!!! Cue beautiful and magnificent reunion!! Please, Myrling, let there be tears on all sides of the impending hug!!

Oh, that's okay. 
As far as we know, Don and Mikey are currently in the kitchen, which is located outside the dojo. So yeah, it's very possible that they have heard the louder parts of the conversation (mainly Leo's words, since Splinter doesn't raise his voice).

Hmm... I'm not sure how to help you with your fanfic. The best advice I have is to perhaps try writing it in the best way you can (think about what you would want to see in a good story), and then ask someone to beta-read it.

Leo is looking for Raph but where is Raph? What's gonna happen when Leo talks to him? Is he gonna have his eyesight back? What are the guys gonna say when they know about this disability Leo has right now? Why I love so much how you draw Leo's face 0.0? I love how it finally sinks in that Raph is alive and suddenly Leo is wasting no time in rushing to go talk to him. As always, awesome expressions. He's moving pretty fast for only recently having become blind, but I suppose he's spent his whole life in that lair and doesn't need to see to be able to get around it easily. Can't wait for Raph in the next page!
