Let's start the brand new year with a brand new Turtle Tots Reacts!
This may or may not be a sequel to another comic ...
Raph's the kind of kid who you'll have to pry a "sorry" from... Not because he doesn't feel bad for what he's done, but because saying it out loud feels awkward. 
Donnie is so busy talking about HOW everything happened that he kinda forgets that he is also supposed to apologize for what happened. 
Michelangelo feels genuinely bad for what he's done, and it's important that you understand exactly HOW sorry he is. He will keep showing you what a sweet, innocent baby brother he is until he's off the hook, or to the point where YOU start feeling sorry for HIM. 
This may very well be the first time Splinter has raised his voice to Leo. He does not take it well. 
I also imagine that even though Splinter may yell when his sons have misbehaved, he wouldn't really punish them but rather have them make up for what they did.
And this is why the photograph doesn't have a glass anymore.
Fun fact, I drew that portrait myself. If you look cloesly, you can see Yoshi frowning at the broken glass...

AWE YEAH!!! I love these so much!!! I am a definite mix between Raph and Donnie. (Probably more of Raph after reading the description) And my sister is a mix of Leo and Mikey. It's weird how we are almost exact opposites in things like this. When we were younger (And now XD) I wouldn't really cry or anything when I was in trouble, I just would kinda stand there and take it. Then I'd go do something else that I would probably get in trouble for.... I got in trouble a lot. My sister on the other hand would cry the instant our parents found out we did something wrong. She'd always make it like the biggest deal.... It was kinda funny to watch when I wasn't also in trouble. Does that make me a bad person?

I remember enjoying the situation a Little TOO much whenever my older sister was in trouble for something...
I believe Splinter realized pretty early that he can't punish his sons the same way, since they have very individual reactions to different punishments.

Oh my gosh, I laughed out loud when I got to Leo's! The perfectly obedient child doesn't know what to to when he's in trouble!
As always, your turtle tots' reactions are spot on. Donatello's rambling speech is brilliant. And poor Mikey, he emotionally overreacts to everything! I imagine that, unlike Leo, Raph is well acquainted with punishments.

I so laughed at Donnies rambling speach about how it is really everybody elses fault - physics... fortune... rules... Splinter! O_o
In my head Raph would be really defensive and storming up to his room the second Splinter is done talking, sulking and not so silently debating the unfairness of the world (expressing guilt by throwing a pillow against a wall is sometimes just a necessary reaction )
Mikey is just sweet ^^ He would get in trouble so often he has his puppy eyes ready on demand

Mikey, As long as he is truly sorry then yeah I can forgive him...but yes he'll still be in trouble.
Poor Leo...he looks like he's about to have a heart attack...looks like Splinter's might have to apologize to Leo for the being too loud...but then again, Leo, even if you make a mistake you are bound to get a little scolded at.
As for Donnie....I can't tell if he's trying to avoid punishment by confusing his dad with his psychology and science stuff....or he's being a smart-ass...either way he's gonna get in bigger trouble.
