Description
Name of the boat (s) that go down close to the falls at Niagara.Seems rather dumb to take these shots. Photographers have done them so much better but... well, it's our nature to document our travels. This is not far from Toronto.

You should go! This shot was taken from the Canadian side. I suspect each side has it's good angles but you are certainly up close and personal on the Canadian side!

one of the very first photographs ever was of a man being swept over Niagara Falls. I saw the photograph in an auction for daguerrotype plates. Interesting huh?

Grand Canyon can make you feel almost dizzy it's soooo large. If you ever go, I recommend being there at various times of day (maybe stay overnight at the Canyon).. because it changes so much with the sun.

Spectacular shot. I love the blues and the mist. The inclusion of the boat in this shot is great, because it gives you an idea for how large and impressive those falls really are!

Is it hard to get the right for printing? Have you liked the prints you ordered?

well, It's very time consuming because you need to upload a source file in each aspect ratio required for each product you decide to sell. So, that could be like 7 different large source files per individual print. I suppose if you have a connection with a fast upload speed than it doesn't matter much. However, mine is slow, so it takes forever to upload all the files. It's easiest to get an ftp program and connect that way in order to not lose data if the connection times out.
As far as prints go, I haven't ordered any of mine, I'm too broke. But, I know people who have ordered some of my prints, and they were happy with them. Also, you can download profile for the deviantART printers, and plug it into your photoshop, and it will show you how the prints will appear on their computers.
But, all in all, it's not really difficult, I mean, it can get sort of confusing, but, once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.

ahh, well, in the faq they tell you what's good. I mean, they can only print so many dpi's...so, if you got them, they'll look good.

I love the Falls, I went on the MAid many years ago with my Grandparents, it was so much fun this shot brings back lots of special memories for me..thanks

thats a totally awesome shot - I been there too and on that boat (or one like it) had to wear a yellow coat cos of the wet spray - loved it - was fun - amazing the noise of the water thundering down that fall ......
