I know it's an exercise, but it strikes me how you've made the faces seem to jump out of the pic and shout at the viewer... I love the diversity of expressions and angles; my favourite is the female face in the centre, with smile so subtle and such happy eyes. Great!

looks good. the one on the right and kinda half way up looks like marilyn monroe, and the one in the middle reminds me of what's her face on starship troopers. is that what you were going for, or just a coincidence? anyway, it's looking good.
and it looks kinda like the hektic sort of picture you'd want to look at when you're high on something.... i might have to try that......
