*SOME SPOILERS FOR TRANSFORMERS: RISE OF THE BEASTS*The 2 big early Summer blockbusters so far.
1) Overall, I did enjoy RISE OF THE BEASTS. It's easily (IMO) the second best TRANSFORMERS movie ever made, right behind the 1986 movie. I still think we need to get rid of all humans; they simply drag the movie down. I wasn't crazy about either human lead anway. On the plus side, there's tons of action, fun, and Optimus Primal was awesome (I always did like Ron Pearlman voicing this character). I did think Mirage was really annoying but I'm glad that ANYONE is getting more love than overexposed boring Bumblebee. Sadly, we'll never be able to get rid of the influence of Michael Bay and Lorenzo Di Bonaventura so this might be as good as it gets.
2) I can't wait to see THE FLASH movie this weekend! I don't care for the actor who plays the Flash but Michael Keaton donning the cowl again? Yes please!
