Just an idea I came up with.

What if after Phantom Planet (yes I like to keep that in canon/accept it unlike most of the Phandom apparently), the Guys In White recruited Danny for not only his heroism, but his knowledge of the "enemy". Of course Danny would tell them about a few allies (Wulf, Frostbite, Clockwork, etc.).

Danny agrees on a few conditions 1. They can't dissect him/experiment on him, eww. 2. They can't ask how he got his powers, Danny doesn't trust these guys with all the power him and Vlad were given. 3. He asks them to create and identity for Dani so she can live with him, come on we all know that Danny can't just leave his cousin all on her own forever do you? And 4. When he gets older, he gets a space station for a command center .

Also, his suit changes to Phantom colors when he transforms. He also declines all weapons given to him by his colleagues.

*guy gives him weapons to choose from*

Danny: Guns? Psh. *Transforms and ignites ecto-energy in finger* Who needs 'em?"
