Sora's signature weapon(s).

I will never get rid of the Keyblade, so I upgraded it and gave him A Lock (key and lock duh).

When he inserts the Keyblade into the lock They can change forms like Pandora from the Devil May Cry series. They change into various keyweapons (A concept owned by WeapondesignerDawe who was gracious enough to let me use this concept, here's a link to his page: weapondesignerdawe.deviantart.… Each keyweapon is linked with his friendship with a character. So the more friends he has the more weapon forms he gains. but if friend is mind controlled or becomes evil the link is damaged and Sora cannot use one of his keyweapon modes.
