Someone asked some doubts that might be quite useful before commenting, which are the following:

Like in your tutorial, is Premier 100% free?
Yes it is. So don't worry if you have to pay for an account.

I don't have a bank account nor credit card. Can I still create an account and go "Go to my account"?
Firstly, if you don't have a bank account nor credit card, you can still receive money from others and keep them on your account. Unless you got a bank account or credit card, your money might possibily automatically go to your bank account or credit card.

What's the purpose with linking to a bank account or credit card?
It's when you receive money via commissions, or via gifts, etc., it will be automatically (Or you have to transfer it) to your bank account or credit card. So with Paypal, you can earn money and you'll get the money on your account or credit card. A good way to earn (extra) money too.

Do I need to put some money on my account before "working" on it?
Nope. So you can just start with your account with no money on your account. c:
