Apparent/Non-Apparent Features: Fishnet top, brown eyes

Personality/Backstory: She is the younger sister of Ability [link] by about 3 years. She gets along with her sister very well, but occasionally wishes that she would act more "normal." She and her sister both received their powers from the same incident, which may be why they are bonded closely.

Sue is the more calm type, she normally stays back with her arms folded and lets her older sister deal with most of the problems, which she is usually the one who causes. When a hardy situation arises, she usually relies on Ability to help her through it, as without her she is prone to lose her cool and panic.

Weapons/Skills: Able to harness electrical energies, much greater than her sister's. In fact, this is possibly the one area where she has greater strength than her sister. Physically, she is quite weak, as during battles she relies mostly on her electrical powers to carry her through, and if she can't rely on those, her sister is usually there as well. She is able to harness her energy and shoot it short distances, though this is usually very straining on her. She can use it to greatly increase the power of her attacks, and unless she is drained can even use it to cause a shock anywhere on her body.
