Spring Princess Charisma πCharisma is my DBZ OC, and probably that character that I have developed the most! So she's very special to me π Most poppy varieties symbolize peace, rest, remembrance and consolation. Honestly, it sounds somber af but considering that Charisma's from the future timeline which is filled with loss and destruction, I think it actually does fit her and her story very well. Blue poppies, specifically, symbolize imagination and higher thinking, but I think their color just fits her since her representative color is sky blue/baby blue. I think the color fits her sweet and vibrant personality. βοΈFor some reason, I struggled a lot with this one! I had actually drawn Charisma in a completely different pose but after linearting it and flat coloring it...I realized that I hated it π So I had to start all over! But I'm very happy with this and think it looks much better than my first attempt. I've learned a lot from this project, including trusting my feeling when it comes to putting out work. Sometimes I think I might be hyper critical but I also want to put out the best work I possibly can, so it's okay to be super critical of myself at times. I am my worst critic at times but that's not always bad thing π©
