Here’s some sketches for an Owl House detective au. I gave Luz a bowler hat (which is red, in case you couldn’t tell from the pure grey pencil sketch) and a horrible striped sweater which I do not intend to draw again.

The basis for this au is: Luz and Amity and Private Detectives living in… maybe London? Yeah, London. Luz moved here from America a year ago (she’s 19 in this au) and has started solving cases. She met Amity pretty soon and their one-woman detective agencies were rivals for about a month before they became friends and merged their agencies and moved in together. And before you ask, yes they are “Very good friends indeed.”

Oh, and Amity’s Belgian.
