Imma join this contest cookie run is doing! Not expecting to win obviously but I immediately thought of Sea Fairy Cookie!, This costume would be called 'Boiling Sea Fairy Cookie' (Original I knowww XD)

Supposed to be something based off her water being boiled, boiling her frozen heart to release all the anger she didn't know she had and becoming angry driven with EVERYTHING. I don't know I think it's a cool idea LOL
