The first day of May, so it's time for some mers! These ones came from an RP I'm doing with FeatheredRainbow , and I LOVE themmmm

Well, let's get into the bios of these two!
(Vend is the male, Õde is the female. These two are siblings)

Name: Vend
Species: Merwhale
Age: 20

(Like all Mers, he can halt his aging at any time, so he chose to stop aging at 20. He's not much older than 20, though)

Height: 53' waist up
Tail length: 63'

Personality: Vend is a unique kind of man. He's resourceful, dynamic, kind, as well as humble. His resourcefulness can be seen whenever he's doing his job, which is keeping Prince Tõelisus's castle clean and functioning. He will use unorthodox tools from the environment to get jobs done, such as when he fixed a the mermaid's washing machine with his sister's hair clips. His dynamic side is all about how he's looking to innovate or change things up. When all else fails, his creativity will pull through. Such as when the castle was suffering from a lack of fresh food, he managed to create an underwater cooling system that kept things fresh for as long as the castle needed them!
Next trait is his kindness, and you don't have to go far to see this one in action. He's a sweet man by heart and tries to be nice to everyone he meets, regardless of species or size. He'll go to great lengths to help someone, even if they don't realize they're being helped. For instance, a human woman got caught under a large boulder whilst in a submarine. Vend managed to get her out and placed her inside a giant glass bottle filled with air. It wasn't all glass, he'd gone out of the way to add pillows, blankets, and even some snacks. He went back to the surface and helped her get to shore. That woman, named Alexandra, still goes to the shore every other day to see him.
Next is his humility. If you compliment him on something he's done, he'll downplay it to make.it seem not as big of a deal. His sister often gets mad at this humbleness, primarily because she.thinks he deserves more credit. After all, he manages to keep an entire castle.running day in and day out.
However, no one is without flaws. For all his kindness and gentle behavior, he is also quite stubborn and is brutally honest. If he gets into a mindset of how to do something, it's almost impossible to get him out again. Likewise if he is asked a question, he will respond with the unmitigated, bare-bones truth. Some might call that an upside, but it's caused him to hurt some people's feelings a few times.

Personality: Õde is a funny woman. She's comedic, very animated, highly intelligent, and all the while is a sweet lady. Her comedic value comes from her innate ability to make almost anyone laugh. She can crack jokes, tell puns, poke fun, as well as a large plethora of other things. She never has fun at another's expense, then she thinks it wouldn't be fun. She tries to include everyone she can.
Her animated side comes from how she moves when talking. She makes a lot of gestures with her hands, exaggerated facial expressions, and seems to have reactions to every little thing. Not in a bad way, but in an endearing way.
Her intelligence comes from her day job, being Tõelisus's magic teacher. That crystal crystal he has around his neck is quite the source of magic power. It's one of the things that lets him shift from size to size so quickly. She's taken to teaching him about all the intricacies and powers he could obtain with such a fragment. This has resulted in a few mishaps, such as T shrinking to the size of a human or him burping sea-green flames. Regardless, her skill in magic and knowledgeability in other areas contribute to the growth of the prince's powers.
Her final trait is, simply put, kindness. Similar to her brother, she tries to be nice to everyone she encounters. There isn't much to be said on it other than her being REALLY nice, even if she shouldn't be.
Unfortunately, just like her brother, no one is perfect. She's a bit temperamental, getting angry rather quick. Like if the prince isn't performing to her standards and making the same mistakes repeatedly, she gets pretty salty about it. She can calm down given a moment to herself, but otherwise... T is in for an earful.
