Well, I could list various things that are wrong, but they're very subtle and hard to grasp without experience (as I learned). I have three suggestions for improvement and offer my gallery as proof that they work:

1) Use a reference. have your computer screen paused on a pic of a pony in a similar pose when drawing (at first) so you can see when you deviate really far from the style.
2) Use undersketches. It's easier to draw a circle for the head and then position and size the rest of the pony based on that.
3) Go through some tutorials at first just so you can get the style basics. Learning the graceful curvature of hair, legs, necks, etc would have been impossible for me without it. Here's my personal tutorial (and the process I used): [link]
