Drawing from a shot of Johnny Depp, I'm quite pleased with this one, the texture looks pretty much like the one in the original photo.Hope you like it, and if you don't, thank's for looking anyway

Well I don't use a grid exactly, I print the reference in the size I want to draw, and measure every distance, and I start drawing basic outlines, then, when I have the proportions right, I start drawing the shapes fine and doing the shading and all the stuff.
