14 just sounds about normal for the majority of people. Especially since a lot of countries, states or schools have cut out education on things of the sort. Learning earlier than that is considered peculiar in a lot of places.

I always felt like the odd one out though because everyone else around me knew what those words meant and I didn't LOL.

I remember being in the 5th grade and the kids around me used words like that. . So to the kids around me, I was the odd one out because I didn't know what words like that meant. But I'm fine with not learning until later.

In my city, SADLY it's normal for people under 14 to know this stuff and more It's a shame, really.
Gosh I hate this place.
These kids are hooligans.

I hear you. Kids should know things /properly/ from a young age. They shouldn't be cussing or joking about it like it makes them cool. They should be properly informed and educated in what not to do at their age, in a way that they understand. Sheltering /can/ lead to bad habits such as misinformation from outsiders.
