Standing still on the edge of Surrealism.watching the paint wash off into the big hole while
the color fading away at the end of the day.
Standing still against life's Surrealism.
keeping intact infront the craziness of this world and
trying not to get hurt by the paint and by the brush.
Trying not to get hurt by Life...
Standing still, Alone, on the edge of Surrealism.

My favorite aspect of this photo is how the light reflection on the tree gives it a small orange border on the edges. It's way too cool.
The composition is great and the final color turn out really represent the "surreal" feel pretty well. Also, great choice of DOF since in such images, softness is usually distratcing and having the full image in focus is great.
Awesome shot! I am dying to visit Israel one day.

I aimed the focus meter on the upper part of the tree.
in big size it's not that seen.

I like the colors spreading around in the sky and the tree's location is very good.
