This is great... and as long as a font is used creatively and not abused it's a great font. But comic sans has been abused... I suggest it disappear for awhile, get some counseling ... then come back fresh and new later on.

Whenever we had to write an essay back in middle school, people would ask if we could write it in Comic Sans instead of Times New Roman. It's a fabulous font

Oh, this looks incredible.
My mom does a project similar to this with her middle school art students, only they don't have to use any specific fonts, just their handwriting.
Would you mind terribly if I saved this so she could print it out and hang it in her room?

I applaud you for this. I've been trying to think of so many ways to put together a piece that would make Comic Sans look somewhat decent... but you managed to pull that off here. I'm diggin' the retro style of the whole piece. Well done!
