A simple popup extension that let you open up deviantART's emoticon list anywhere. Especially good, when you want to use emoticons in artist's comments and journals where this list isn't present.
It take a little time to load after you click, because it uses deviantART's own list, so its always up to date!

Actually, my lappy is new. It's very fast.
I can enter to the site, but the button doesn't work.

Yeah the response time always come up. It depends on users connection and dA-s response too. I started to experimenting with faster solutions though, when its done I update it.

One little thing - if I sort it to 'creators', and click a username, it opens their page within that tiny box. Could that be fixed or not?

Good point, but it isn't possible to control iframe's HTML in any way (it would be a huge security hole on HTML standards).
But now I got an idea to make this extension faster and links work as we want. Not sure it will work, but I'll try to make it happen

Now I checked. Even if I open up the list on the normal way on the site, it opens links inside that popup window. So its a small bug on dA side after all.
