Description
"I believe the defining moment was when certain persons, who shall remain nameless, objected to my fuchsia silk striped waistcoat. [...] NO ONE tells me what I can and cannot wear!"(Lord Akeldama, Soulless by Gail Garriger)
Since me and all of my friends are quite in love with Gail Carriger's "Parasol Protectorate", I decided to sew one of them a themed quilt for her birthday.
I chose some symbols to represent certain characters (though I can't quite decide whether the wolf stand for Lyall or Lord Maccon), and the parasol has some actual ruffles on it.
I hope you like it - some feedback would be very much appreciated.

This is absolutely gorgeous! I would never have the patience to sew something like this. I just finished the manga adaptation of the series, and am about to start reading the books, so it is wonderful to find such awesome artists in the fandom!
