Amazing background. If I wasn't tired and felt like I had a snake in my throat, I'd say more, but I am and I do.

I have three questions, now that I feel better.
1) How did you get the asteroids? C4D? Recently, I've been cutting out boulders in PS and popping them in.
2) The "Rays" coming off of the sun. How did you accomplish that and the dark spots?
3) The background. Is there a certain tutorial you followed to make the background, was it just fooling around until you found something shiny, or is it a family secret?

1. asteroids were made in c4d
2. Radial blur ftw
3. Lol, textures + blurring + brushing + layer styles

Okay, thanks. I figured it was radial blur, but when I went to try it it kinda screwed up on me. I think I know how to do it now -- thanks a bunch, Mr. Nameless-Designer.

do you make you're asteroids in c4d? id like to learn how to make them and ive only found tutorials for making them in 3dsmax.. and that is much more confusing than c4d for me

Not only is this a great deviation, but the use of the "jubilation" in the description makes it all that much better.

Very nice, I especially like those asteroids. I really gotta get 3dsm or c4d and make my own.

Those asteroids are great! I really liked the backgrounds you make for space. You can really tell yours compared to a lot of other space artists coz your backgrounds arnt just black. Well done
