Well, Iggz is only slightly tsundere... (a better example is Romano), but he is based on the fact that he tries to pretend he doesn't have an attachment to anyone, even though he may actually love them (ether brotherly, or romantic love. that's up to the person). So, the way he acts with America is often considered England being tsundere.
