Decided to update Bright's design! My tastes in fashion have surely changed in 6 years ever since I first designed her xD

I also made her older~ But personality wise, shes still the same ^^

-thunder(when outdoors)

-being less than 10 minutes before the deadline(she wants to be at least 10 minutes early)
-touching money, alloy (she doesn't like the smell)

Abilities/powers:
-Super speed (not as fast as Sonic or Shadow, but a little bit faster than Amy)
-can generate energy balls and throw them. she can change the size of the energy balls
-great stamina(but she has energy peaks when she becomes really hyper. after a while tho she gets tiredlike a baby
-has great balance
-agile; evades attacks well

Fears and weaknesses:
-Thunder(when outdoors) she likes thunder when she is indoors lmao
-she is very clumsy
-gullible
-her energy balls come from her own energy. If she uses too much power, it'll drain her.
-insecure about not being good enough

Personality:
-Always read for action
-Kind, cheerful, optimistic, loving, gullible, open minded, very VERY CLUMSY
-She can be very shy towards new people she meets.
-Blushes a lot o////o
-However, she hides her insecurities behind her confident look.
-She also likes to be punctual. She becomes stressed out when she has less than 10 minutes before the deadline.
-Bright is somewhat childlike and thus being gullible. She believes things easily and has a hard time deciding whether or not people are just fooling her. At times it ends up with her getting in a pinch.
-She is calm at times when she is surrounded by nature. She likes sitting under trees while eating apples, needing of some RnR.
-She loves talking/chatting/gossiping
-Loves playing with people's tails xD
-She is a HUGGER! <3
-Has a possessive side when it comes to her friends
-A bit of a germophobe. She tends to wash her hands a lot of times xD
-She eats finger food(like chips) with chopsticks because she doesn't want to get her hands dirty lol xD
-Does not act her age most of the time(Bright can be a child sometimes) ;u;

Backstory:
High up in the mountains, 6 month old Bright was left at the doorstep of the monks’ temple by an unknown person. It was around midnight when she was abandoned but it wasn’t clear whether it was her parent or guardian that left her there. The following morning, the monks saw her and were hesitant to take her in because she would be the only girl in the temple, but being good willed as they are, they took her in.

Bright grew up in the temple, following the ways of the monks. Among all the young ones, she was one of the hardest to teach because she was rowdy and hard headed and so full of herself. The thing she hated doing the most was meditation. Being a hyper and stamina-filled child, she couldn’t stand being still for hours on end.

*Bright at 13 years old*

“Meditation is key to pulling out one’s energy and transforming it into usable power. However, one must not draw out all of one’s energy as it will be good as seeking the end.” Is what her favorite teacher, Monk Fudo would always tell her but it was hard getting it through her thick skull.

One of the young monks, Asher, is a sly fox and the most ill-mannered and uncontrollable monk. Although he was the best in their class, he was the hardest to deal with. Asher had taken a liking to Bright as she was the only flower in the temple of thorns. He would pursue her time and time again even though it was not allowed in the temple and Bright would always turn him down.

The form of rejection grew and grew in him until he snapped. One night, when everyone was asleep, he kidnapped Bright and began to flee the temple with her. Bright tried to fight him but seeing as her powers aren’t as strong as his, it was hard to fight back. It came to a point where most of her energy had gone dry. It was until Monk Fudo saw them and intervened. He banished Asher as punishment seeing as he was not pure enough to step foot in the temple anymore.

For the next 3 years, Bright kept practicing her powers. She finally appreciated meditation and does it at least 1 hour a day. She left the temple at the age of 16 because she wanted to see the outside world and wanted to look for whoever left her in the temple as a baby.

After that little traumatic incident with Asher, Bright started to be afraid of males except Monk Fudo. She would have a hard time trusting guys and would always build walls to protect herself from them. Whenever she talks to guys, she would become very shy and would not look at them in the eyes. She would also jump at the smallest of touches. However, she goes back to her young, rowdy, and hyper self when she is with girls.

Now at the age of 22, she is still on her quest to finding her original roots.
