Halloween custom 2 of 3, this time it's using Nessus the Star Knight, a level 4 LIGHT Fiend in Rush. I went for a DARK Fairy that can make Shadow's Light, or even Duality, that much more enticing to play. It does let you cheat out Arc Light, but you already have Aluber for that.
