Now let's tie you to the bed as I told you -I put your hands together, above your head, a little loosely tied (>w-- I don't think a real bind is absolutely necessary, let's make something lighter), but still strong enough, tied to the header's bars. The feet almost together (like cuffing the ankles but with a silky scarf, that is softer.
