Both and are accepted, will be converted via commission widget on the basis of $1 = 100 , you do not need to pay the Paypal fees. I only accept USD.

Slots are given out on a first come, first serve basis. Those on the waitlist will be given the slot first, if none of them take it, it will be given to everyone else.
