I actually drew this pictures around 2 months ago. But my first try at coloring it completely failed, so left it for a while before recoloring it in Open Canvas. I hope this coloring scheme isn't too bad.I know it would make so much more sense if the red drops of stuff is actually blue, then it can be explained as rain. And the guy is definitely not dying, ya know, with the smile and all. Which makes him some psyco smiling while raining blood? Makes no sense. But I don't care. I like the red.
Even tho it's summer vacation, I'm still overloaded with workT___T. Am still trying to squeeze time to read the 6th Harry Potter book, which I heard is better than the last one.

Wow the porportions look very good I love the splats of colour, hey who said rain can't be different colours? well perhaps the sky did o_O.

I like the colors, the splashes of red and yellow are interesting ; P Plus...I really like his face. His expression is nice to say the least and its colored really nicely. Love his eyes too. Even closed they're nice.

I think the red and gold/yellow flecks and splashes of colour make it look like he's falling near a fire and falling bits of fireworks. It adds many possibilities of where he is. I really like the way his hair is moving/falling and his calm and relaxed expression.

Lol, nah I luff yah, your art anyway ^_^ I'm to lazy to read all those other comments, so you might have heard this already.. but the "rain" as you called it, looks like it's going up.. so maybe he is falling from a building, only it's show upside down? And he's happy because the blood is from an opponenent he just killed or something? I have no idea, thats what the picceh made me think ^_^;;

when i frst saw the pic i thought the red was some of his clothing ripped off and falling to the ground....btu however i interpret it....it still looks good! i really like the red and th bits of gold make it look really good! GREAT JOB!!!

I have a feeling that if the drops were blue, it would mess up the general picture, especially the little yellow spots you have. It looks great anyway like this.
And, yes, HP6 is so far the best written book so far. It still has a childish innocence, yet things are described well enough to let you imagination think about some parts of the book (I say parts as to not spoil anything, I hope!). I'm still reading it though...>.<

I LOVE the reds. Red is my favorite colour so it's hard for anyone to make the colour bad. The detail the hair has is... unbelievable! and the way his cloths ruffle, beautiful

I was wondering, did you use watercolor to finish it? If that really is watercolor, it's the most effective use of it in anime that I have seen in a rather long while. I like the feeling of this pic. Have fun!!!
